Sushi Neko
About This Spot
Stepping into Sushi Neko, you immediately sense the subtle hum of anticipation—a bustling corner where locals and visitors alike gather with eager appetites and the promise of shared moments. Nestled in the heart of Spring Mountain’s vibrant plaza, this sushi spot strikes a balance between approachable casualness and a spirited energy that keeps the evening alive. The atmosphere isn’t polished to a museum shine but instead feels warm and animated, inviting groups to linger and conversations to flow over the rhythmic dance of sushi plates arriving at the table.
The pace here mirrors the excitement of discovery—dishes arrive steadily, encouraging a relaxed yet eager tasting experience. The open kitchen adds a layer of intimacy, where the skillful hands behind each roll and nigiri craft with care and precision, visible yet unhurried. It’s easy to feel part of something communal, a small ritual shared amid the clinking chopsticks and soft chatter.
The all-you-can-eat format never feels rushed or overwhelming; instead, it lends itself to an exploration of flavors and textures that range from delicately seared fillets to playful tempura creations. Each bite reveals fresh, thoughtfully composed combinations where the freshness of the fish harmonizes quietly with hints of sauce and crisp vegetable notes, never overshadowing the lightness that sushi so beautifully embraces.
While some come for the feast of abundant plates, others find joy in the subtle details—the careful ratio of rice to fish, the vibrant colors of seaweed salad brightening the table, or the unexpected treat of deep-fried banana alongside smooth, refreshing green tea ice cream. The service, friendly and attentive without being intrusive, rounds out the experience, reflecting a genuine enthusiasm for sharing good food and good company.
In a city where options are abundant but often overwhelming, Sushi Neko offers a grounded space where the joy comes not only from what’s on your plate but from the human moments threaded through each visit—a shared smile, a birthday celebrated, the comfortable wait that feels well worth it. It’s a reminder that sometimes, in the heart of lively Vegas, the simplest pleasure is a meal that brings warmth to the table.

Sushi Neko might be the best "all you can eat sushi" spot in Las Vegas. And trust me, I've tried them all. Located in Spring Mountain in a busy plaza, this restaurant always has a wait. We waited 60 mins but it was worth it. The sashimi is fresh and we enjoyed the uni and prawns very much. The rolls were delicious. We also enjoyed how they celebrate birthday there.

My wife and I are sushi lovers and we have tried sushi from all over. This place is our absolute favorite sushi place of all time and even as good or better than what we get in Asia. The fish is always fresh and the amount of rice they give you in the nigiri is so tiny, it's awesome! You dont get filled up and it's the perfect amount of rice to fish ratio. They had these fried oysters too that were incredible and sooo tasty. I was just sad that it came with only 1 per person. We didnt have to wait since we came around 10pm and we ate our hearts out. I have been here probably 20+ times and we never ever get sick of it. This is a place that we go to EVERY time we stay in Vegas or if we are driving through Vegas. You can't find anything better for the price of $34.99. Make sure to try all the premium one time selection items. Theres nothing not good here. You wont be disappointed.

Sushi Neko — our first dinner spot in Las Vegas, and it was absolutely amazing. Food: We went with the all-you-can-eat sushi, and everything was incredible. The Sexy Salmon Nigiri, Truffle Yellowtail Toro Nigiri, and Seared Bluefin Tuna Nigiri were all out-of-this-world delicious, and I especially loved the Seared Salmon, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Each piece felt fresh, high-quality, and expertly prepared. Service: The staff were attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly, making the AYCE experience seamless and enjoyable. Aesthetic: The restaurant has a sleek, modern interior with comfortable seating and a lively yet relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a sushi night in Vegas.

Sushi Neko is an AYCE sushi spot that serves great food for a very reasonable price. $26.95 gets you all you can eat for lunch and $34.95 is the price for dinner. Much cheaper than anything you’ll find on the strip and still very tasty considering the price. Service is very friendly and the food comes quick! Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re in town. Atmosphere: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Overall Value: 5/5 Price: $ $: $0 - $50 per person $$: $50 - $100 per person $$$: $100 - $200 per person $$$$: $200 - $500 per person $$$$$: >$500 per person

A really great deal for AYCE with solid fish and very friendly service. However, downsides are that the music is way too loud, the minced spicy tuna wasn’t very fresh, and there is generally way too much sauce on the fish…also in one of my sushi rolls with fried crab, it was mostly batter and not a lot of crab. With that being said, it is a great bang for your buck and can satisfy your sushi cravings with some less-than-stellar sushi (compared to omakase quality).

Tried this place for 1st time visiting Las Vegas. The place is small with no reservations so waiting could be long. The staff was very friendly and professional, they worked hard to satisfy all customers. Ayce with many choices at a reasonable price. Food was delivered quickly and was very delicious. My favorite was the towering sashimi poke I highly recommend if you are in the area.

This is the best sushi restaurant in Las Vegas, with so many special dishes: red prawns, geoduck clams, oysters. It's always full, and you'll have to wait about 30 minutes. The food comes out quickly, and the staff are enthusiastic. This restaurant has won over even the most discerning foodies.

Love their fresh food and small portion of rice on sushi/nigiri for AYCE, you get to try variety food from the menu. Free parking lot, reasonable waiting time (90-mins dining limit, so table could be ready in expected time)
